Authorities arrested Donat and McKenna on suspicion of assaulting an officer and disorderly conduct. Documents filed by police allege that the two were causing a disturbance and that they struck mounted officers and their horses, causing minor injuries, when authorities intervened.

It clearly show nothing of that sorts, the young man seem to be celebrating and for some unknown reason headed near where the cops where and he got cornered by the cops on horses and he even backed away only to be clubbered by the incoming cops on foot.

“Arrested 1 and Arrested 2 were both kicked by the horses and sustained minor injuries,” the charging documents said.

What’s even worst for them is that they got caught on camera and their claim to have said

While the video clearly show that did not happen.

Let’s put some salt into that injury will ‘ya officers.

While both where charge (one is seen on the video while the other is not) , prosecutors dropped charges against Benjamin Donaton Friday and John “Jack” McKenna on Monday after the video was shown to them.

This are the kind of things you see the Chinese and the Iranian are doing in the news, but it happens here a lot more than what people think, it is only a great concern when it is caught on tape and even that is sometimes not good enough, if the video shows McKenna wavering his hand like he might have struck the horses or the officers, then that just gave the officers the right to beat as they please excuse, lucky for for McKenna he had not done any of that.

Lets hope that this cops that were involve gets sued, fired and jailed as no cops are above the law.

Absolutely no where, they made the server perform poorly so that they can try to sell us a more expensive “solution”. Well that suck for someone who had signed up a “shared hosting solution” for two ears only to be reminded later that I probably want to upgrade.

Tom Sepper of AptHost (Chief Operating Officer) comes in and says this reality to me.

Since we’re talking about shared hosting, it is possible for other users on the server to monopolize server resources which can and does affect all users on the server. That is simply the nature of shared hosting.

Again, here the COO of the company tells me the reality on why being on their shared server is going to suck and that is the nature of their shared hosting.

I don’t know what hosting company out there that is so proud of reminding their client on why their shared hosting suck. It’s official, AptHost cannot offer you any quality shared web hosting experience. If that is the reality of shared web hosting, why even offer them, why offer an inferior product in the line, because they want to sell a more expensive products, instead of having  good products all the way around, they offer something that is going to suck.

Yes, the reality of that some will hog the resource down, but isn’t that what they’re suppose to do in the first place, they are suppose to manage the server, fix what needs to fix and inform those that abuse the system resources.

You could look at a share server like living on an apartment complex, did it suck? Well it could if it isn’t manage right, it could have the gheto effect when left alone, a well manage apartment can be a pleasant experience for most people. I have live in an apartment  in many different places and city and not once where I complained where the manager told me that I live in an apartment and if I wanted the 3 bedroom house up the hill is probably the better solution.

Let me say this that the new AptHost is using the phone company tactics, the genius of this new company acts like and what the phone company like AT&T did or banks like Bank of America which does a lot of unethical business practices and will completely deny every accusation. They’ll stab you and say, “no we didn’t”

AptHost is one of those hosting company to stay clear away from. If you’re running a low resource web site, this isn’t the web host company to be with. You been warned.

Alone in a cell for years or even decades, more than 80,000 Americans are estimated to be in solitary confinement. Cut off from human contact in an 8 x 10 cell, some say solitary is the only way for correctional officers to safely handle the worst prisoners, but others claim it amounts to psychological torture. In an age where we are all hyper-connected, where rapid fire inter-personal communications are routine, what’s it like to be suddenly cut off from social contact and experience the claustrophobic isolation of solitary confinement?

On April 2nd, three volunteers will open a window into that experience when they occupy recreations of solitary cells constructed in the greater Washington DC area for up to one week. They will inhabit 80 square foot “cells” with a sink, toilet, bed, desk and chair. Initially the contents of each cell will replicate the “lowest level” of solitary in many prisons — no TV, no computer or reading material, and minimal human contact — meals are served through a slot in the door; participants are allowed daily one hour of solitary exercise and a brief shower. Their experiences will be shared in real time via outgoing Tweets (they will receive no incoming communications) while a camera in each cell will stream 24/7.

This is not meant to be an authentic replication of punitive solitary confinement, with one profound departure being that each participant stays as long as they choose, up to one week, and can opt out anytime. The intention is to provide an “everyman” perspective specifically into the experience of social and claustrophobic isolation that are key hallmarks of solitary confinement. The goal is to spark greater conversation on this widely used and controversial penal practice as a complement to the April 11 premiere of Explorer: Solitary Confinement on the National Geographic Channel.

According to his lawyer, Sibat, who is 48 and has five children, would predict the future on his show and give out advice to his audience. He later went to Saudi Arabia to perform the Islamic religious pilgrimage known as Umra.

Apparently he could not predict he’s on destiny and the charge should be dropped, when they cannot tolerate other religion or belief’s, then why should we tolerate theirs.
